Bio

Douglas Cartwright, 37, is the CEO and Head Coach of Living Words Coaching and Training. An expert in cognitive-behavioural change techniques, he has over 15 years experience in helping people make significant personal transformations.

Trained in the USA, New Zealand and the UK by masters of cognitive-behavioural transformation such as Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Michael Hall, Michelle Duval (Australian Business Woman of the Year 2003), and Denis Bridoux; he is an Associated Certified Meta-Coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer. He is a member of the Meta-Coaching Foundation.

His expertise enables him to help people get unstuck, start moving and taking action, what he calls ‘helping them untie their psychological knots’. He has worked with professionals across the industry spectrum: from church ministers to IT programmers. You can read their testimonies here

Doug has invented numerous psychological techniques, several of which have been published in The Sourcebook of Magic, Volume 2, Neurosemantics Publications.

He also contributed a chapter to the upcoming book: Peculiar Marketing by Ralph Plaskett (2010)

He writes regularly for a number of personal development web-sites and writes The DougBlog, a weekly blog posting of insightful information into transformational aspects of personal and professional development.
