Why would I want the help of a Meta-coach?
Coaching is useful when you want to get better results from yourself, when you know you can do better and you want to, but perhaps you don’t exactly know how.
Coaching is like having a mechanic work with you to do a performance tune up on your mind and your actions so you drive more effectively and smoothly.
Although there are different types of coaching, if you were to drop in on a Living Words session between a coach and a client you’d typically see and hear:
A fierce conversation about what really matters, an intense dialogue for getting to the heart of the real issues that prevent - and promote - the client making real changes that they want to keep.
These are inner changes that result in outer performance improvements.
You’d see two people working together to create real and lasting changes usually relating to a particular situation.
There would be no filler, no fluff. These are conversations about getting better, improving, developing and even transforming our minds and actions to be able to get the results you want.

How can I know if I should try coaching?
You notice a problem that you could do without.
You may first become aware that coaching could benefit you when you repeatedly have problems achieving a particular result within a specific context at work or home. Or you may already know of a habitually un-useful way of acting and thinking that pervades many areas of your life and you want to change it.
Or you may simply be looking to improve your results.
What do you do if you have a burning desire to develop yourself and hone your skills: you are actively looking at what you want to improve, and take to the next level? Are you ready for that inside? Have you developed the beliefs and strategies you’ll need to step into the challenges of a new situation?
